Isolation
A database per company
Each workspace has its own database. There are no shared tables where one company's rows sit next to another's.
Your own address
Your team works at yourcompany.forme-erp.com. The address decides which database is used, before anything else runs.
Demo and sandboxes apart
The public demo is read-only, and every sandbox is its own short-lived workspace that is deleted when it expires.
Access
Single sign-on
Google and Microsoft sign-in, limited to your email domains, and you can require it for the whole team.
Two-factor authentication
Time-based codes for every account, on top of a password or single sign-on.
Roles and permissions
Fine-grained permissions per role, checked on the server. A sales rep only ever receives their own deals.
